Yesterday was my Heavy Lifting day on my jumpmanual! It was tough! The last sets of squats and deadlifting killed me! I pushed as hard as I could on all of my reps, the burnout sets are killer, but I stuck through with it, and I went hard till the end! I'm pretty sore today, im glad it's recovery day so i can give me legs time to recover and rest! I'm looking foward for next week! i can't wait to do the other plyometric exercises! As long as I continue to push as hard as I can I'll be seeing results! I'll keep yal'll posted!

Last Sunday 8/13/2012 I started my jump manual training again, I'm pretty excited about it! I have taken a a lot of time off from doing any jump workouts since I had suffered a few injuries a couple months ago. I also weighed myself last week I'm currently at 175lbs at a 12% body fat. My diet is pretty balanced so hopefully I'll be getting a bit leaner while in the process of jumping higher! Today are my Off Day Exercises which work on your nervous system and your body to get used to the jumping motions. I'm having a hard time walking around the house and sitting down since I am so SORE! It's crazy I haven't been this sore in a LONG TIME! Tomorrow is my lift day, I'm looking forward to it! Well I guess this is it for now, I'll keep yall posted!

Basketball Skills, Vertical Jump Development!!!

What's Up! everyone, I've decided to make a blog about my own fitness development in Basketball and Vertical Jumping. I am 22 years old, and I've always dreamed of being able to dunk. I know I'm not the only one that has dreamed that at least ONCE!. I also want to be the best I can be at my favorite sport which it's obviously BASKETBALL! I will be recording myself to see how I improve on certain drills/ aspects of the game. I am also going to be recording myself while I train to see what I went through and how I can improve to Achieve My Goal of dunking a basketball! Always Remember! FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS!
